Welcome to Art with Mrs. Smith at Kinchafoonee Primary School! When entering the Art Studio each student will know they are entering a fun, exciting and creative place. Students will learn how to create a variety of artwork! Each lesson is driven by the new Georgia Standards of Excellence and the Elements of Art: Line, Shape, Form, Value, Color, Texture and Space.
Kiwanis Art Exhibit
The Kiwanis Art Exhibit is the largest exhibit KPS students will participate in. A select number of artwork will be chosen to go on display at the Albany Mall. This is an amazing opportunity for our students to show off their masterpieces to the community! The Kiwanis Club and Albany Mall will host a reception honoring our young artists.
Square 1 Art
Square 1 Art is an amazing fundraiser to help purchase material for the students to use in the Art Studio. KPS students will create their own masterpiece that will become treasured keepsakes for each family! I look forward to helping each student create a beautiful masterpiece for you to treasure for years to come.
